    • Server logs (IP addresses, access data): Up to 14 days for security purposes.
    • Invoicing and payment data: Retained for 10 years as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO).
    • Google Drive / OneDrive file content: Not stored beyond the duration of the active chat session.

    Recipients and Third-Country Transfers

    Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

    • Hosting providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), centron GmbH (Germany), Supabase, Inc. (Singapore)
    • AI model providers: Via OpenRouter.ai (ZDRP-compliant endpoints)
    • Payment providers: Freemius Inc. (Merchant of Record), Stripe (payment processor for DE organization subscriptions)
    • Analytics: Google Analytics (with IP anonymization enabled)

    Some of these recipients are located outside the EU/EEA (USA, Singapore). For these transfers, we rely on:

    • EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision) for US-based providers where applicable.
    • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission for other third-country transfers.
    • We ensure that all third-country transfers provide an adequate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

    • No Google Drive file content is stored on our servers beyond the duration of the active chat session.
    • We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Drive data to any third parties.
    • You can revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

    Microsoft OneDrive Integration

    Our platform offers optional OneDrive integration, allowing you to attach files from your Microsoft OneDrive to chat conversations. When you use this feature:

    • Selected files are processed in your browser session and transmitted to the AI model for the current conversation only.
    • No OneDrive file content is stored on our servers beyond the duration of the active chat session.

    • You can revoke access at any time via your Microsoft account at https://account.live.com/consent/Manage.

    Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR)

    For business customers processing personal data of their users, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that meets the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR. Our DPA includes Zero Data Retention (ZDRP) and EU routing commitments.
