Art. 28 GDPR compliant agreement for business customers processing personal data.

    Last updated: March 2026

ZDRP + EU Routing — Built Into Our DPA

Our Data Processing Agreement isn't just compliant — it reflects our core commitments: Zero Data Retention and EU-only routing. These aren't add-ons; they're design principles.

    Zero Data Retention (ZDRP)

Your prompts and responses are never stored. No training on your data. Deleted means deleted.

    EU Routing & Hosting

AI inference via EU infrastructure (e.g. Azure Sweden Central). German hosting for core services. No US kill-switch risk.

    What is a DPA?

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract required under Art. 28 GDPR when a data controller (your organization) engages a processor (AI·Collab) to process personal data on their behalf. It defines the scope, purpose, security measures, and subprocessor obligations.

    When do you need one?

    • You process personal data of EU residents (employees, customers, users) through AI·Collab
    • Your compliance or legal team requires a signed DPA before onboarding
    • You operate in regulated sectors (healthcare, legal, finance, public sector) and need documented processor commitments
